What you receive
- The Chrome extension — installed free from the Chrome Web Store. It works on the free plan without any purchase.
- An entitlement on your account — buying Pro or Bring your own key does not download anything new. It unlocks capability in the extension you already have, tied to the Google account you signed in with.
How and when access is delivered
- Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store and sign in with Google. This alone gives you the free plan — 100 cloud generations per UTC day.
- Purchase Pro or Bring your own key from the account page, using the same signed-in account.
- Activation is immediate. Our payment provider confirms the payment and the entitlement is applied to your account automatically — normally within a minute.
- Use it. Reopen the extension, or press its refresh in the popup, and the new plan is active. No key, code, or download is emailed to you, because none is needed.
A confirmation email is sent to the address on your Google account when a purchase activates.
If access does not appear
Payment confirmations very occasionally arrive late. If your plan has not activated a few minutes after paying:
- open the extension popup and let it re-check your account, or reload the account page;
- if it is still not showing after 30 minutes, email support@typeclean.com with the email address you paid with. We activate it manually — typically within one business day, and always within three.
If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you are refunded in full under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How long access lasts
- Free — for as long as you have an account. No expiry.
- Pro — for the billing period you have paid for, renewing until you cancel.
- Bring your own key — a one-time purchase that does not expire, unless it is refunded or the account is terminated for breach of the Terms & Conditions.
Where the service is available
Anywhere Google Chrome and the Chrome Web Store are available. The extension runs in your browser and needs an internet connection for cloud models; Bring your own key connects your browser directly to whichever provider you configured.
